01 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Livebet 365 ("Company", "we", or "our platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, games, and all services offered by Livebet 365.

By doing any of the following, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms:

02 Member Eligibility

Registration and use of the Livebet 365 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

Registration by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and any such account will be terminated immediately with no refund of balance.

2.3 Other Restrictions

• Only one account is permitted per individual, phone number, email address, IP address, or household;
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Livebet 365 employees are not eligible to register;
• Individuals who have been removed from the responsible gaming programme are not eligible to re-register.

03 Registration & Account Management

To access the full range of Livebet 365 services, you must register a valid account. By registering, you agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

3.1 Required Information

You are required to provide your full name as per your ID, a valid MyKad or passport number, an active email address, a registered Malaysian mobile number, and your exact date of birth.

Livebet 365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 or when suspicious activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identification card, recent bank statement, or proof of address.

3.3 Account Security Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials;
• Do not share your account or password with anyone;

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit Methods

Livebet 365 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are conducted in MYR (RM):

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in the same member's name.

• Digital wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost): 15–30 minutes after verification;
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: 30 minutes–4 hours on business days;
• KYC verification is required for the first withdrawal;
• Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 per day require additional verification, which may take 24–48 hours.

4.3 Transaction Limits

Livebet 365 sets daily and monthly transaction limits for security and compliance purposes. Current limits are a maximum deposit of RM50,000 per day and a maximum withdrawal of RM20,000 per day. These limits are subject to change by Livebet 365 without prior notice.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Livebet 365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM3,000 in bets before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per new account;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts;
• Livebet 365 reserves the right to void bonuses in the event of fraud or misuse;
• All promotions are valid for their specified duration only — any unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period;
• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net loss during the relevant period;
• Misuse of the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

06 Game Rules

All games on Livebet 365 — including slots, live casino, blackjack, lottery, progressive jackpots, and e-sports — are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers and Livebet 365.

6.1 Fairness & RNG

All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by a third-party auditing body. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including Livebet 365 itself.

6.2 Final Decisions

All game results are final once a round is completed. Any dispute regarding the cancellation of a game outcome will only be considered if there is strong technical evidence of a system failure. Results generated during a player-side internet disconnection will not be grounds for a claim.

6.3 E-Sports Betting

Esports betting on Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, Valorant, CS2, and other titles is governed by Livebet 365's separate esports betting rules. Live betting may be suspended or voided in the event of technical issues with the live data provider.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The Livebet 365 platform is intended for lawful entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts on your own behalf or using another person's information;
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's personal information without their consent;
• Money laundering — using the platform to launder money;
• Use of automation software (bots, scripts, or other programs) to play or place bets automatically;
• Exploitation of system vulnerabilities — exploiting bugs or technical errors for unfair advantage;
• Collusion between players in games such as poker or live casino;
• Threats or harassment towards Livebet 365 customer support staff.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Livebet 365 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Failure to submit the required identity verification documents;
• Member-initiated account closure request (including for responsible gaming reasons);
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed for reasons other than fraud, any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method following proper verification.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting Livebet 365 customer support. Requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any remaining balance will be refunded once all withdrawal conditions have been met.

12 Limitation of Liability

Livebet 365's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13 Amendment of Terms & Conditions

Livebet 365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes through:

• In-platform notifications upon login;
• Email to the address registered on the account;
• Updates to this page will be reflected by a new "Last Updated" date.
